This petition is filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the above appeal.

Ms.A.Salomi, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3. Heard both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 89 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
