O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.Sathyanarayanan, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/review applicant, on instructions, would submit that after filing of the review application, a decision has been taken to abide by the judgement dated 28.06.2018 made in W.A.No.1283 of 2012, which is the subject matter of the present review application and as a consequence, prays for Leave of this Court to withdraw this review application and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant, the Review Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Civil Court as indicated in the above cited judgement. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
