This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the online patta transfer application submitted by the petitioner on 26.05.2022 and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.Balaji Thirumoorty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The petitioner is claiming right over the subject property through a registered Sale Deed dated 26.05.2022 registered as Document No.1185 of 2022. The petitioner has made an online application seeking for patta in his name. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and after perusing the records, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 26.05.2022 and to take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
