2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioners are the retired Middle School Head Masters. Placing reliance upon the case of one Ms.N.Bala Soundari, who is similarly placed that of the petitioners, the petitioners made a representation to the respondents on 19.06.2015 and 24.06.2015, seeking increment and incentive and the same is pending consideration. Hence, the petitioners have filed this Writ Petition. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 19.06.2015 and 24.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
