C O M M O N O R D E R With the consent of both sides, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. These writ petitions have been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeals dated 03.09.2022 filed against the orders dated 28.07.2022 of the third respondent.

3. Heard Mr.M.V. Seshachari, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and Mr. P. Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. According to the petitioner, on the basis of the Settlement Deeds executed by his grandmother bequeathing subject properties in his favour, the petitioner applied for grant of pattas. However, the 3rd respondent rejected the petitioner's claim by separate orders dated 28.07.2022, challenging which, the petitioner preferred appeals dated 03.09.2022 before the 2nd respondent and since the 2nd respondent did not take any action on the said appeals, the present writ petitions have been filed with the above prayer.

5. Considering the limited relief sought in these writ petitions, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeals dated 03.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the same on their own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
