C.M.P.No.9869 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.SR.17004 of 2016 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Insurance Company submitted the petitioner is challenging only quantum of the compensation awarded by the Tribunal and there is no claim against the second respondent. Therefore notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 3.Mr.K.Mukund R.Pandian, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and submitted that the first respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the first respondent.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 75 days respectively is condoned and this petition is ordered.
