Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2012 consequently remove the Ramesh name in the Joint patta No.3686 issued by the 2nd respondent.

O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for a direction to consider his representation dated 31.12.2012 for removing the third party name in the Joint patta No.3686, issued by the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard Mr.R.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel for Mr.N.Subramani, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that pursuant to the petitioner's application, an enquiry was conducted and the second respondent has already passed an order dated 15.09.2016, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that so far no rejection order has been communicated on the petitioner.

5. In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to communicate the rejection order dated 15.09.2016 to the petitioner to enable him to take further course of remedy in accordance with law. The second respondent shall communicate the said order dated 15.09.2016 to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above observation the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
