ORDER

Seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.685/2015/A3 dated 17.08.2015, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed in the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.4666 of 2015 dated 09.09.2015, which has been dismissed as infructuous and since, enquiry under Section 87(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, was conducted and a report also filed, this writ petition cannot be maintained. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to file a reply to the said report and to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum, if it is provided, in the manner known to law.
