ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.651 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.651 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 7.00 p.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, once a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
