ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 29.10.2014, 24.11.2016, 21.07.2017, 31.08.2018 and 12.08.2020 and fix seniority for the year 2005 to the petitioner and prepare the panel.

2. The petitioner who claims that his seniority should be fixed in

pursuant to his promotion to the post of Assistant Tourist Officer Grade-II, has given several representations to the respondents to fix seniority from the year 2011 onwards.

3. Since the said representations have not been considered and no order has been passed so far, I feel the respondents should be directed to consider the representations and pass order within a time frame.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 29.10.2014, 24.11.2016, 21.07.2017, 31.08.2018 and 12.08.2020 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
