PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in R.No.7585/ E4/ S2/ 2022-2 dated 22.02.2022 and the subsequent impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in R.No.7585/ E4/ S2/ 2002-8 dated 22.02.2022 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to revise the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant and Assistant by placing the petitioner above the compassionate ground appointees as well as by revising the seniority based on the marks secured in the TNPSC selections directed by the Honourable Supreme Court in the orders passed in Contempt Petition (Civil) No.638 of 2017 in Civil Appeal No.4954 of 2016 dated 01.10.
