Prayer in both WPs: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records from the 1st Respondent and quash the award passed in I.D.No.113 of 2008 dated 15.03.2016.

[R2] No appearance [R3] ***** COMMON ORDER The Award passed by the Principal Labour Court, Chennai in I.D.No.113 of 2008, dated 15.03.2016, is under challenge in the present writ petitions.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that, as against the award passed in I.D.No.113 of 2008, dated 15.03.2016, the Management of Greeta Musical Instruments Manufacturing and Exports Private Limited has filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.26006 of 2019 and the same was dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, the management has filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.280 of 2023 and the said writ appeal was also 2/4

dismissed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these matters.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent did not dispute the facts submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Since the writ petition challenging the very same impugned award had already been dismissed by this Court and the subsequent writ appeal was also dismissed, confirming the findings rendered therein, these writ petitions challenging the very same impugned order, which has already been confirmed also deserve to be dismissed. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
