ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

2. With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry and to delete the wrongful entry made in patta in respect of lands comprised in S.F.No.9A/14,15 and SF.No.44/8 by considering his representation dated 11.9.2013.

4. The petitioner, since has not impleaded the person in whose name the patta stands as on date, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner can be granted at this stage. Further, it is seen that the petitioner's representation has been forwarded by the District Collector vide proceedings dated 25.9.2013 to the 4th respondent for appropriate action.

5. In the light of the above, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2013 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and all other persons , in whose name patta stands as on date, conduct enquiry after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the parties and thereafter, pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
