The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 31.03.2018 to sanction forthwith education loan, so as to enable her to study BDS Course at Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Dental Sciences, Madurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner completed 3 years and is now studying 4th years and hence, liberty be granted to her to approach the respondent bank with fresh representation, along with required documents. 3.On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for granting such relief to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation enclosing all the required documents to the respondent bank, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondent bank shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks thereafter.
