These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the above appeals.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner and for the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions.

4. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay of 19 days in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
