Common prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to calling for the records of 2nd respondent in charge sheet No.8/2015 dated 26.06.2015 , 9/15, dated 26.06.2015, 10/15 dated 26.06.2015, 11/15 dated 26.06.2015 in RC 04 (E) 2007, 24.12.2007 and quash the same.

2 Notices were ordered and interim stay was granted by this Court in the above writ petitions on 28.08.2015. 3 After receipt of the notice, the second respondent has filed a detailed counter on 05.07.2016, raising preliminary objection regarding the jurisdiction of this Court stating that the alleged crime is the subject matter of trial before the Special Judge, Rohini, Delhi. Besides on facts also, the prayer has been opposed by the second respondent.
4 Now, when the matter is taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions. The petitioner has sought for the said relief without adverting to the merits of the petitions. 5 Accordingly, these writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
