CMP.No.9552 of 2025 in CRP.SR.No.54101 of 2025 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 466 days in filing the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. Despite service of notice and name printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as his counsel has not informed the dismissal immediately and also the case records have been misplaced in his office and in the meantime his mother's health condition became worse and he has to take care of his mother, the delay had occurred and the same is neither willful nor wanton.

3. Though sufficient reasons has not been given for condoning such a huge delay, in order to give a fair opportunity to the petitioner and the petitioner only seeks to return the amount deposited before the Court and admittedly, the suit filed against the petitioner has been dismissed, this petition is Ordered and the delay is condoned.
