ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to register the complaint dated 09.10.2015 which was sent by the petitioner to the first respondent and investigate into the same.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 09.10.2015 as against one Loganathan stating that the petitioner is residing at 27, 28, 29, Manikkam Avenue, Madambakkam, Selaiyur, Chennai bearing a total extent of 8640 sq.ft., and on 08.10.2015 the said Loganathan trespassed into the lands and disconnected https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

electricity and took away the main box as well as the meter box, but till date no action was taken. Hence, this petition. 3.Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner is a watchman residing in the place of one Issath Ali and he has lodged complaint on behalf of Issath Ali and now, he himself has given letter to the police stating that he was not available in the place of occurrence on the said date. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced a copy of the said letter for the perusal of this Curt.

4.The submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to give any direction in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
