ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction against the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.09.2024 and 17.03.2025, for cancellation of patta which is presently in the name of respondents 4 and 5.

2. At the outset, it was submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that the petitioner's representations would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after hearing the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 or any other interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which is accepted to by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. By recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, the present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to Page No.2 of 4
