Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the Condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.9863 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022 to the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 am, Until Further orders and thus and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SILAMBUSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9863 of 2022 on 28.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
