Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitiones in Crl.O.P.No.9388 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022 to the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until furher orders and shall cooperate with the investigation till the completion of the investigation.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SILAMBUSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.9388 of 2022 on 25.04.2022 to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders and shall cooperate with the investigation till the completion of the investigation.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
