O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of I.D.O.P.No.49 of 2018 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Family Court at Chengalpet to the file of Hon'ble Principal District Court at Thiruvallur.

2. Respondent and petitioner are husband and wife. The petitioner/wife has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition to transfer I.D.O.P.No.49 of 2018 filed by the respondent/husband before Family Court, Chengalpet to the file of Principal District Court, Thiruvallur.

3. On perusal of the petition, it is seen that the petitioner is resident of Avadi and the respondent is resident of Polachi. In such circumstances, it will be convenient to both the parties if the matter is transferred to Family Court, Chennai instead of Family Court, Thiruvallur.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and convenience of the parties, I.D.O.P.No.49 of 2018 pending on the file of Family Court, Chengalpet is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. On receipt of the bundle, the Family Judge, Chennai, is directed to renumber https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same and to dispose of the petition as expeditiously as possible.

5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
