(CR.NO.185 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10022 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022 to the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SILAMBUSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10022 of 2022 on 28.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
