Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the fees fixation to the Medical Course i.e., MBBS/BDS of the Respondent University is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. Consequently directing the respondents to fix the fees at the rate fixed to the Government Medical Colleges to protect the petitioner's daughter's Medical Education. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
