Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application.
2. The applicants are the plaintiffs in the suit filed for recovery of money.
3. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the respondent entered into an agreement with security agency dated 01.01.2014 with the applicants and the security services under the agreements were also provided at the various Chennai Metrorail station sites in Chennai.
