ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to take appropriate action to disburse the Employees Provident Fund benefits to the members of their Union.

2. For disbursement of the Employees' Provident Fund benefit to the members of the petitioner Union, the petitioner Union gave a representation dated 6.12.2012 to respondents 1 and 2, which was also duly acknowledged by them.
3.Mr.K.Ramu, the learned counsel takes notice for respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same, within a stipulated time.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6.12.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
