This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of orders of this Court dated 11.02.2021 made in W.P.No.28091 of 2012.
2. When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in this regard the Government Order in G.O.(Ms) No.514 dated 27.08.2021 of the Health and Family Welfare (AA1) Department has been issued.
3. He has also produced a copy of the said Government Order dated 27.08.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.
4. In view of the said compliance report produced before this Court, this contempt petition is closed.
