This Petition has been filed to accept the payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.4900/- for delay of 510 days in Appeal papers in A.S.SR.No.860 of 2023.

2. The learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that he has no objection in allowing the Petition.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the Petitioner/Appellant, this Petition is allowed.
