Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare Sec. 5 (1) of the Tamilnadu Registration of Marriages Act, 2009 as ultra vires Articles 14 and 21 of the constitution of India and therefore void insofar as it restricts the time for Registration to 150 days is concerned and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the Marriage of the petitioner with Julias Saksena Arun Kumar alias J.S.Arun Kumar and to issue certified extract as per Rule 15 of the Tamilnadu Registration of Marriages Act, 2009.
