ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner/plaintiff praying for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Seerkazhi, to expeditiously dispose the I.A.No.964 of 2019 in O.S.No.200 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. The revision petitioner seeks a narrow prayer for early disposal of I.A.No.964 of 2019. However, I find that service of notice was not completed in respect of the second respondent/second defendant. Though paper publication was ordered, due to pandamic situation, the same could not be effected.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, who appeared before the trial Court, is required to complete the service of summons and file affidavit of service before the learned District Munsif, Seerkazhi, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and 2/4

on such filing of affidavit of service, the learned District Munsif, Seerkazhi, is directed to dispose the I.A.No.964 of 2019 in O.S.No.200 of 2019, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
