The Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the First Respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 19.01.2015 made by the

Petitoner and grant press accreditation to the newspaper "India Everyday - English Daily" expeditiously.

When it is pointed out by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that no such appeal has been filed by the Petitioner, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file appeal before the concerned authority and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
