Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.103 of 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence and enlarge the petitioners on bail made in Judgment dated 11.01.2019 passed in S.C.No.113 of 2015 by the Learned Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Chengalpattu and pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.103 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.103 of 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SRI DEVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. KRITIKA KAMAL.P, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after some time.
