This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 04.09.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3113 of 2005.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd Respondent produced a copy of the communication dated 23.08.2021 vide Na.Ka.No.3524/2008/C1 issued by the Commissioner of Thirupattur Corporation, Thirupattur District and submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with.

The said communication dated 23.08.2021 is taken on record. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 23.08.2021, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
