ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a Final Report in the case in FIR No.675 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police, within the stipulated time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 30.08.2022, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of two weeks.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
