This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 11.10.2017 made by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that as the course name was wrongly recorded in the order of this court, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and this petition may be dismissed as infructuous .

3. In such view of the matter, as the relief claimed in this Writ Petition became infructuous, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
