The present criminal original petitions have been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioners to prosecute the above criminal appeals before this Court against the judgment dated 27.02.2024 made in C.C.Nos.4629, 4630, 4631, 4632, 4633, 4634 and 4635 of 2017 on the file of the learned XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions stand allowed and leave is granted to the petitioners to prosecute the appeals.
