(CRIME NO.58/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before respondent police daily at 6.30pm until further orders dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.OP.No.11296 of 2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 6.30 p.m until further orders.
