This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2006 and the same has been pending for the past 15 years. This matter relates rent control eviction proceedings. Both the Courts below concurrently ordered eviction against the revision petitioner (tenant). Challenging the order of eviction, the present Revision Petition is filed. Subsequent to the filing of this Revision Petition, the matter was listed for number of times, and despite the same, the revision petitioner has not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
