ORDER

The learned Government Advocte (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that a referred charge sheet is filed in Crime No.2 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing-II, Erode, Erode District. The entire amount was settled. He also filed a copy of the referred slip proceedings issued by the Special Court under TNPID Act Coimbatore in R.C.S.No.2 of 2014.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
