This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondent Devi, w/o. Senthil being the daughter of the deceased 3rd respondent Solamuthu as 6th respondent in the above second appeal and also to recognize the respondents 4 and 5 who are already on record are also the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Post this matter on 22.10.2025.
