This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case in C.S.R.No.111 of 2021 dated 01.03.2021 and to investigate the same.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the letter given by the petitioner, the respondent police closed C.S.R.No.111 of 2021 on 17.07.2021. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) produced a copy of the letter dated 17.07.2021 given by petitioner to the respondent.

5.In view of the above, nothing survives in the above Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
