[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that in the light of filing of CRP.SR.No.52878/2107 on the file of this Court, he is withdrawing the above writ petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Arunmozhi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 5.
In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
