All the petitioners apprehend that the respondents might interfere with their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property comprised in T.S.No.188 Pimas No.485 A, 3rd Ward, 4th Block, D.No.59, D.No.58, D.No.57, D.No.56C, D.No.56B, Tiruvalluvar Street (a) Kamakshiamman Street, Tiruvannamalai and hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the writ petition is called today, the learned Special Government Pleader on written instructions, would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioners and that the respondents had not interfered with the petitioners' possession and enjoyment of their property.

3. In view of the submission so made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed recording the Special Government Pleader's submission. No costs.
