2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.6 of 2011, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam on 28.02.2016.
