C.M.P.No.11076 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the 3rd Petitioner and Respondents 10 & 11 herein, the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Appellant in the above appeal and rank them as 3rd Appellant and Respondents 10 & 11 respectively in the above appeal. 2.C.M.P.No.11080 of 2021 is filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Anand, the 1st Appellant. 3.C.M.P.No.11090 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 1735 days in filing the Petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Anand, the 1st Appellant.

4.The 1st Appellant died. The 3rd Petitioner and Respondents 10 & 11 are the legal representatives of the 1st Appellant. They are already on record. As per the pleadings R10 & R11 has purchased some of the suit properties. Therefore, for better adjudication, these Petitions have been filed. Since the legal representatives are already on record, these Petitions are allowed as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to amend the cause title. Post the Second Appeal on 25.01.2022.
