This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.214 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Chengalpet within stipulated time.

The suit is of the year 2014. It is seen from the submissions that the case is pending for cross-examination of PW1. This case comes under the category of 5 years old cases. 3.

Therefore, the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.214 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
