This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondent as third respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Since the refusal slip issued mainly on the ground that the patta stands in the name of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, now in order to find out the truth, Tamil Nadu Housing Board is impleaded as a necessary party.

3. Considering the above, this petition is ordered.
