Prayer:- Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letter Patent Act, to set aside the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15748 of 2013 dated 12.06.2013. Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India for the issuance of writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Ka.Thu. Na. Ka. No.E7/ 343/ 2011 dated 7.6.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the very same is arbitrary and illegal and violation of the G.O.No.(1D) 129 dated 9.5.2013 issued by the School Education (E1) Department and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work in the said CUGM School at Angappa Naicken Street Chennai-1 at least for the completion of her three years term as per the above G.O. for the development of the said school.
