Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to complete the enquiry and pass orders in the petition dated 18.06.2015 within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the 1st respondent had completed the enquiry, he has not passed the order so far.

4. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to pass orders in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the respondents 3 to 7.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 3 to 7, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
