Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the 3rd respondent issued in his proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.6060/A4/2003 dated 13.09.2003 and the consequential order of the 6th respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.3846/A2/2003 dated 18.03.2004 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents herein to immediately transfer the petitioner in the vacant post of Secondary Grade Teacher in CMS Primary School, Pulipattam, Tirunelveli District and pay salary and other benefits from 01.06.2003.
